… Enjoying breathtaking views from its 2 amazing terraces and superbly located between the Accademia Galleries/Bridge and the Ca’ Rezzonico Museum of 18th-century Venice, opposite the Palazzo Grassi Museum of Modern Art, and close to Campo San Barnaba.
Sitting on the 4th floor at the very top of one of the finest palazzi in Venice (indeed the birthplace of 2 Doges of Venice, Leonardo Loredan (1501-21) and Francesco Loredan (1752-62)) and benefitting from plenty of light and airiness as a result, Ca' Cerchieri Terrace offers private water access for stylish and fuss-free arrivals by private water taxi and is reached by lift to the 3rd floor, leaving one flight of stairs to ascend on foot.

• There are 3 stylish bedrooms –
o A beautiful master with a double bed and French windows opening onto a private terrace with mesmerising Grand Canal views to swoon over (impossibly romantic!) and its own en suite bathroom with bathtub
o A 2nd double bedroom with double bed enjoying views towards the Accademia Bridge and the Peggy Guggenheim Collection (again with an en suite bathroom with bathtub)
o A 3rd bedroom with twin beds (which can be made into a double bed – please ask when booking) and an en suite bathroom with bathtub and shower
