Worth the extra money to have the private bathrooms for each couple (with each bedroom), the ability to store our luggage, and the top-notch assistance from Dimora Italia! Wish we could have stayed a week! :)

The apartment is HUGE and immaculate. All of the fixtures, furniture, and appliances were top of the line with even some custom pieces made specifically for the space. On top of all of this, the customer service and communication was way beyond expecvedi di più

On top of all of this, the customer service and communication was way beyond expectation. Not only were they tremendously responsive, they were proactive, thoughtful, helpful, and kind. They even have an onsite office with a manager and other helpful staff. Thankfully they have other properties in other parts of the country as I will only stay with them whenever I travel to Italy. They set such a high bar, others will be hard pressed to match.

The location is superb near the Arno river, yet it was a short walk to all of the Florence sights we wanted to visit. The apartment had beautiful furnishings and was large enough to give our family more than enough space. You won’t find a better 3BD/3 BA apartment in Florence than this one!! Cecilia and staff were so welcoming and always available to us via text/cell phone. We would definitely recommend this home and hope to be back and stay here in the future.

The apartment was beautiful, new, and of the highest quality. The design and decoration of the space was very luxurious. Additionally, we have been in contact with Cecilia who has gone above and beyond in helping us book tours, find a Sunday mass time, and booking restaurants. The apartment is centrally located and within walking distance of all the main attractions and restaurants. Our experience was amazing and we can’t wait to return in a few days.
